Abstract Submission Guidelines:
- Abstracts must be in English and no longer than 400 words.
- Include a title (20 words maximum), authors' names, and affiliations.
- Clearly state the objective, methods, results, and conclusions of your research.
- Use font size 12, Times New Roman, single-spaced.
- Submit your abstract as a Word document (.doc or .docx).
Abstract Tracks:
Submissions are welcome in, the following tracks:
- Translational Medicine and Biomedical Innovations: topics may include novel diagnostic tools, therapeutic approaches, or medical devices that bridge the gap between laboratory research and clinical application in the Nigerian context.
- Biomedical Approaches in Infectious Diseases and Public Health: research applying advanced biomedical techniques to study infectious diseases prevalent in Nigeria, including molecular epidemiology, pathogen genomics, novel diagnostics, vaccine development, and 'omics' technologies in public health surveillance.
- Genomics and Precision Medicine: studies exploring genetic factors influencing disease susceptibility, progression, or treatment outcomes in Nigerian populations, as well as personalized medicine approaches.
- Bioinformatics and Computational Biology: research utilizing computational methods to analyse biological data, including genomics, proteomics, or drug discovery projects relevant to Nigerian healthcare challenges.
- Health Systems and Policy Research: studies examining healthcare delivery, health policy, or health economics in Nigeria, with a focus on improving access to and quality of biomedical innovations.
